Job Specifics :
This hybrid position combines the skillsets of a Process Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, and Data-Driven
Consultant. The individual will serve as an operational troubleshooter, data analyst, and strategic advisor, directly
supporting the COO and Chief Implementation Officer.
Responsibilities
Operational Research & Business Analysis
- Act as the COO's deputy by visiting clinics, M&A targets, or other operational areas to research business processes and identify inefficiencies or opportunities.
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis, focusing on workflows, patient throughput, resource allocation, and
revenue cycles.
