Job Summary :
We seek compassionate and experienced Call Center Agents to join our Patient Care Call Center team. As a Patient Care Call Center Agent, you will provide exceptional patient care experiences through empathetic and effective communication, addressing patient concerns, and facilitating timely resolutions.
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound patient calls, responding to medical concerns and questions.
- Provide accurate information on medications, treatments, and healthcare services.
- Document patient interactions in electronic health records (EHRs).
- Triage urgent patient concerns, escalating to healthcare providers as needed.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up care.
- Educate patients on self-care and disease management.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure continuity of care.
