Scottsdale, AZ (must reside in Phoenix to be considered and will require to travel to all our clinics in CA)
About the Role:
The Healthcare Program Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing healthcare programs within our organization in Scottsdale, AZ. This position is responsible for developing strategic initiatives that improve patient care and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The director will lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in service delivery. By analyzing program performance and patient outcomes, the director will implement data-driven decisions to optimize healthcare services. Ultimately, the goal is to elevate the quality of care provided to our patients and ensure the sustainability of our healthcare programs.
The Program Director will be required to travel to our clinics in CA located in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indio, Victorville, Hesperia, San Jacinto and Riverside.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance improvement methodologies.
- Certification in healthcare management or a related professional credential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare programs that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze program performance metrics and patient outcomes to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies, to foster partnerships and improve service delivery.
- Willingness to travel regularly to clinics across California (2–4x/month)

Salary: $140,000- 160,000 plus an excellent bonus structure (based on metrics)
