Position Summary :
The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and effective HR operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing a broad range of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and enforcing policies throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with audits and reporting related to HR compliance, including EEO and OSHA requirements
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions such as managing employee records, leave of absence tracking, and benefit enrollments
- Assist employees with benefits inquiries and sure timely resolution of issues
- Oversee HR projects and initiatives in the HR Manager's absence.
