**Responsibilities:** Participate in a collaborative team environment to develop and execute comprehensive care plans that include shared goals with measurable outcomes. Assess and document patient health through interviews, examinations, and review of medical histories. Diagnose health conditions and order lab work and diagnostic studies following established protocols. Develop treatment plans that address dysfunction and disease while minimizing risk of further injury. Prescribe and dispense medication when granted authority in accordance with State licensure and staff privileges.
**Qualifications:* Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in California. 1 years of relevant work experience preferred but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
