What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Managers position at Save A Lot?
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Assistant Manager at our Save A Lot Cleveland locations. Specific store locations can be discussed at the time of interview.
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience for all customers, driving sales growth & profitability and establishing an engaging work environment for all team members. The Assistant Store Manager leads an assigned retail store under the leadership of the store manager. Ensuring and maintaining store operational standards, key performance metrics and targets set forth by the company. The Assistant store manager provides leadership to the full store team resulting in excellent daily store conditions and positive work environment in a manner that maximizes sales & profitability and provides an excellent, unique, and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. The Assistant Store Manager ensures all store team members comply with all company policies and procedures, along with all City, State and Federal requirements.
- · Must be 18 years of age
- · High School diploma or equivalent required
- · Basic computer proficiency
- · Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of management experience
- · Management/Leadership experience supervising others
- · Leadership and/or Management Training preferred
- · Effective oral and written communications
- · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- · Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and tasks
- · Ability to effectively complete administrative paperwork

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
