We are currently looking for a Full-Time receptionist / Transportation office assistant to join our busy transportation team! Fast paced, unique healthcare-based office in need of a responsible, dependable, personable, mature, timely and extremely efficient individual to answer phones, file, input data and handle multiple day to day tasks.
- County and Federal Grant reporting
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Ability to handle urgent requests
- Handling of complex travel arrangements to ensure efficient trips
- Patient and friendly demeanor with exquisite phone etiquette
- Calendar management
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to build strong working relationships with Community Organizations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SharePoint, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
