House Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Launder linens and other washable items as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with additional tasks as required, including custodial duties in commercial settings or hotel environments.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitization practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Proficiency in floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning methods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments, including hotels and residential properties.
• Familiarity with cooking or food preparation is a plus but not required.
