Title - Senior UX Developer (Only W2 No C2C)

Location - Cary, NC, or New York, NY ( Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

1. UX Design Expertise: Lead the design and development of intuitive, user-cantered interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
2. HTML Prototyping: Create high-quality, interactive HTML prototypes to demonstrate design concepts, workflows, and functionality for stakeholder review and feedback.
3. Frontend Development: Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces using modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
4. Framework Proficiency: Strong experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js to build dynamic and scalable user interfaces.
5. Design Tools Expertise: Proficient in using design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
6. Accessibility Standards: Ensure all designs and implementations adhere to WCAG and ADA accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.
7. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs and prototypes.
