About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our production team as a Cheese Manufacturing Specialist.
This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up, tearing down, operating, diagnosing, and fixing sensor or intermediate faults on various machines
- Loading/unloading soiled/clean trays and forms in tunnel washer
- Following company GMP and safety policy practices while performing duties
- Monitoring milk coagulation and testing for correct pH and Acidity before filling bags
- Working extended or varying hours if issues arise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
- Capable of operating without direct supervision
