The Corporate Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall performance by utilizing TPM continuous improvement methodologies. This position is located out of our New Holland, PA corporate office. Candidates must be within commutable distance to this location or willing to relocate.
Essential Functions
- Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Strategies :
Design and execute continuous improvement plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Utilize TPM methodologies to drive process improvements.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of improvement initiatives.
Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
Supervisory Responsibility : This position does not have any direct reports.
Travel : Up to 20% of time
