Responsibilities include using knives and power equipment to cut and package authorized beef, pork, and poultry items according to policies and procedures. The Meat Cutter also prepares and places meat cuts in the display counter, receives and inspects meat upon delivery, and maintains excellent sanitation and quality standards.
**Responsibilities:

**Requirements:**
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Experience safely using manual pallet jacks, hand tools, and power equipment preferred.
