What you’ll be working on :
The Market Associates(MA)primary job function is to procure high yield, gently used goods for Savers’ supply channel through theFUNDriveprogram. This is achieved through lead generation; connecting with local non-profits who are aligned with Savers values, such as schools, sports teams, religious, health and community organizations. The MA uses discretion and independent judgement when procuring and developing all relationships and representing the Savers brand. The MA is responsible for maintaining their own book of business, inclusive of procuring prospects, within legal guidelines, and leads through company approved research and networking, along with establishing a robust referral business.
The MA reports to theFUNDriveArea Development Manager and is afield-basedposition that offices out of their home. The Fundraising dept. is a strategic supply chain channel within the Sourcing division.
