Job Type: Contract To Hire
Desktop Support:
Provide technical support for desktop systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates on desktop systems.
Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
Datacenter Operations:
Manage and maintain datacenter equipment, including servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
Monitor datacenter environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and equipment replacements.
Ensure compliance with datacenter policies and procedures, including security and access controls.
System Administration:
Monitor system performance and perform regular system health checks.
Maintain system documentation and update configuration records.
Assist with the implementation of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems with datacenter infrastructure.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions.
Conduct user training sessions to improve end-user proficiency with desktop systems and applications.
Develop and maintain user support documentation and knowledge base articles.
