Responsibilities:
- Dedicate 26 hours per week to face-to-face sessions (telehealth/in-person) with children and families.
- Allocate 14 hours per week for documentation, collateral calls, and other administrative tasks.
- Teach strategies to manage challenging behaviors, helping to build healthier family dynamics.
- Collaborate with Child-Family Teams (CFT) including behavioral assistants, mentors, care managers, and other community resources.
- Participate in supervision sessions to discuss and refine your therapeutic approach.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough documentation of your work, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey License (LSW, LAC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in the mental health field.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License.
