As a Loan Operations Representative at SaviBank, you will play a vital role in providing customer service support to lending officers, branches, and customers. This position is responsible for servicing consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans in compliance with SaviBank guidelines, policies, procedures, and government regulations.
Provide accurate payoff quotes and loan verifications in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate processing of payments, payoffs, and loan adjustments.
Close paid loans and release collateral when applicable.
Monitor flood insurance-related requirements and initiate force-placed insurance as directed by the Loan Operations Manager.
Serve as Flood Desk reviewer for the bank.
Establish and service SWAP and Participation loans within the core system.
Monitor and process UCC continuations and amendments.
Scan applicable documentation into the bank's e-filing system and establish ticklers for missing items.
Act as a resource for lenders and credit assistants concerning service-related issues, providing prompt research and resolution.
Perform various clerical duties as needed.
Comply with bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.
Take on additional duties as assigned by the Loan Operations Manager.
Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of bank regulations, products, and services.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues promptly.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
1-2 years of loan servicing experience.
Experience with document imaging applications.
Exposure to consumer loans, commercial lending, participation loans, and USDA/SBA loans.
Knowledge of compliance issues with the ability to adapt to regulatory changes.
