SaVida Health, a private equity backed healthcare company, provides outpatient opiate and alcohol addiction treatment services. SaVida Health's care model includes medical care, counseling, comprehensive toxicology testing, case management and medical management of psychiatric medications. SaVida is headquartered in Nashville, TN and currently operates in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Delaware, Vermont and Virginia and is developing the capability to expand to meet the needs of patients suffering from behavioral health disorders.
Responsibilities:
Perform all necessary accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and accrual based general ledger activities utilizing online QuickBooks. Will be responsible for month-end closing, including all account reconciliations and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Including:
Day-to-day processing of all business transactions in QuickBooks.
Reconcile all asset, liability, and equity general ledger accounts to underlying transactions and supporting documentation.
Prepare accrual based monthly balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statements.
Prepare other financial analysis as requested by management
Substantiate financial transactions posted through review and audit of supporting documentation.
Prepare and recommend strong financial policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain accounting internal controls
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing transaction and account information.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years related experience
Strong QuickBooks skills and experience with accrual accounting
