We are looking for bright, creative, collaborative, resourceful, hard-working individual that are interested in financial analytics in the commercial real estate sector. Candidates should demonstrate academicexcellence, leadership, and experience in the field and / or in running financial analyses. At minimum, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a finance, economics, or accounting oriented concentration. Real estate, economics, mathematics, engineering, and applied science concentrations are also acceptable.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Understanding of DCF models (financial modeling experience is a bonus)
- Ability to interactwith multiple brokersand clients to discuss real estate transactions.
- Building and maintaining databases (comparable transactions, Net Effective Rent, etc.)
