The Development Coordinator will work alongside the Development Team to assist with all annual fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and follow-up. They should engender a sense of excitement, optimism, and Godly confidence in achieving the annual fundraising goals of Saving Grace. A “can do” spirit and ability to look around and help where needed with a “what’s next” attitude is imperative in this role, as well as being open and eager to collaborate and bring ideas into fruition.

Qualifications
This person should have a friendly, positive attitude and exhibit the characteristics of true servant leadership. They should have great communication skills, use proper grammar and punctuation, have legible handwriting, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, email, Canva, Google Suite, and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Experience in Development is not required, but a teachable spirit and positive attitude will be crucial.
