Position Description:

The purpose of this role is to support the Ministry Coordinator, with a focus on event support, data entry, and marketing tasks. You will help achieve the mission of Saving Susan Ministry through serving children with no hope of adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Event support, including running errands, data entry, follow ups, contacting attendees and donors, and attending events to assist, as needed
• Data entry support, including program reports, donor database entry, and other tracking as needed
• Donor care and marketing support, including writing thank you notes and assisting with mailings and print marketing
• Program support as needed, including mission trip support, securing item donations, organizing and packing, follow ups, and other tasks as needed
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Manager

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or pursuing Bachelor’s Degree
• Heart for orphan care or global missions
• Ministry service preferred
• Microsoft Office Applications, Google Drive, CRM tools
• Data entry and organization

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
