As an Air Export Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and driving the success of our Air Export operations. You will be responsible for negotiating competitive pricing for both current and potential clients, with the aim of increasing airfreight volumes for SDB US Air Export. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who excels at compiling and analyzing airfreight rates to deliver accurate and efficient quotes. Your ability to provide timely, reliable, and competitive pricing solutions will ensure our clients’ needs are met while contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate airfreight pricing with carriers and partners to secure favorable rates for clients and optimize profitability.
- Analyze, compile, and deliver airfreight rate quotes for both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Respond to quote requests efficiently, prioritizing timely communication and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and fluctuations in airfreight rates to make informed pricing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to understand client requirements and tailor pricing solutions accordingly.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of airfreight rates and ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for quoting purposes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for pricing strategies to support business development and volume growth.
- Uphold a commitment to excellence by continuously improving pricing processes and contributing to the team’s success.
- Follow-up with network on proposals - participation in “post-mortem process”
