Job Responsibilities
- Physically file, arrange, and organize real estate documents.
- Assist with data entry and spreadsheet management to maintain accurate databases.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project workflows are smooth.
- Provide support in coordinating project-related activities and tasks.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from team members promptly.
- Conduct audits of existing physical files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Work with contract control specialists to learn about project controls systems and provide support.
- Assist with tracking title commitments, including ordering, receipt, and review.
- Aid in the vendor invoice approval process.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including document management and tracking.
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
