The Strategy team at Saviynt is focused on achieving results for the company through performance management, operational cadence, and strategic initiatives. We drive projects pertaining to product and corporate level initiatives. As a Sr. Manager of Strategy, you will help develop and execute strategies that drive growth and operational improvements in the business. Projects include formulating strategic priorities all the way through execution plans, developing pricing strategies, uncovering insights, conducting market and customer research to drive new opportunities for growth and expansion. You will also partner with our leaders to drive the operational cadence, measure critical initiatives, and assist in the preparation of content for executive discussions. In this role, you will work on highly sophisticated problems, gain insight into the strategic issues which are at the forefront in the minds of the leadership team, have exposure to senior-level decision-making and have the chance to create relationships with functions across the company.We are looking for a strong product, pricing and market background and demonstrated success in all areas of strategy development and execution including project management, business analysis and problem solving. We look for hardworking people with strong executive communication and consensus building capabilities. Demonstrated ability to thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment is ideal. Management consulting and technology market experience is appreciated.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGDrive highly visible projects for Saviynt; Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and work towards solutions and meaningful recommendations and results through a thorough, fact-based process.Develop strategies working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and operating plans to capture the opportunity including product, pricing, GTM strategies, and business model. Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required (e.g. market, customer, competitors).Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock growth and provide clarity towards execution.WHAT YOU BRING6-10 years of experience or 2 years post-MBA experience in a combination of strategy, business operations, pricing in a technology company, and top-tier consulting firm / corporate strategy field with strong exposure to technology. Experience driving large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research / analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success is required. Strong mathematical, data handling and financial skills to work on sophisticated business issues with minimal supervision.Strong leadership and excellent written / verbal communications to work with senior executives across various geographies and functions; comfort in business and technical discussions. Strong influencing skills; able to build and drive extended and virtual teams. Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.$180,000 - $200,000 a yearWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and final compensation decisions are dependent on many factors including, but are not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other relevant business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,000 - $200,000 annually.You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
