Position Overview
The Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our order fulfillment process, from order receipt to shipping. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and coordinates with our production on weekly product needs. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming orders through our various sales channels
- Coordinate daily order fulfillment operations, including product pulling and order building
- Oversee shipping operations and ensure orders are shipped on time
- Manage inventory of shipping supplies and materials
- Maintain detailed shipping records and documentation
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for optimization
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the fulfillment process
- Communicate with customers, as needed, to ensure expectations are exceeded
- This role reports directly to the CEO
Required Qualifications
- Experience with order management and shipping logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously, efficiently, and with initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, Roadie)
- Experience with CommerceHub/Rithum
- Experience with Faire, Squarespace, and/or ShipStation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Able to work in various temperatures (ambient to cold to hot with fans)
- Must be in-person at our Headquarters in Garland, TX each work day

Schedule
- Average around 30 hours per week
- Monday through Thursday only (occasional optional Fridays around holidays)
- Day shift with flexibility required during peak seasons
- Daily schedule is flexible, but usually around 8:00am - 3:00pm
We would love to hire someone with the specific experience above, but we are also open to a high performing, organized, self-starter with no previous fulfillment experience.
