Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficient service and high-quality products.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to create a cohesive team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills in customer service and food production.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service management.
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with the team to create seasonal menus or special promotions that attract customers.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations and food production processes.
