Overview
Marble Room Steaks and Raw bar is seeking a friendly Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, fine-dining, restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings and reservation availability.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest relations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
