We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef with Millennia Hospitality Group, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary operations, contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Keeping the Cafeteria clean and organized
- Cleaning the loading dock
- Assisting with department requestions
- Assisting with food intake
- Cleaning assigned work areas on hotel property.
- Supporting purchasing & receiving team & steward team.
- Performing basic serving duties within team member cafeteria.
- Replacing light fittings and broken globes.
- Ensuring the safe handling and storage of volatile cleaning liquids and degreasers.
- Ensuring that utility projects have been completed and signed off.
- Checking out with manager or chef on duty at end of each shift

Qualification Requirements
Minimum education of a High school diploma or GEDRestaurant experience preferredExcellent communication skills and the ability to multitaskMaintain a high level of stamina while standing for extended periods of timeAbility to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing an average of 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 poundsAvailable to work on weekends occasionallyHospitality industry, especially kitchen experience a plusWork Conditions & Physical Demands
Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a residential setting with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, people, and equipment.
