What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Savoy?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Host to join our exceptional team of service leaders.
This role is always attentive to the overall first impression that a guest receives, greeting all guests with warmth and hospitality.
Your Responsibilities :
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner. Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure.
- Answers phone calls and guest inquiries.
- Has full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts
- Manage the day to day reservations, walk-in and cancellations / no-show in the reservation system
- Seat guests in accordance to their preferences and under the direction of the Manager on duty.
- Responsible for the overall presentation, cleanliness and organization of the assigned guest service areas, such as the
coat check, bathrooms, and other guest spaces.
