Savvas Learning Company is seeking a part-time General Clerk to work on our Sales Operations team in Irving, TX.
On-site work will be required in the Irving, TX office and candidates must reside within a commutable distance.
Responsibilities:
- Key samples as required.
- Review and submit purchase orders.
- Provide general administrative or clerical assistance.
- Complete specific projects under the direction of Sales Operations Team to include photocopying, collating materials into folders and binders, and packaging and labelling completed projects.
- Assume other clerical duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and active listening.
- A strong sense of urgency in undertaking execution of tasks, and an ability to show initiative.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Sales support experience in a clerical environment preferred.
- SalesForce experience preferred.
- Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet experience required.
- Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing at least 45 lbs.
