Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire an Administrative Specialist to support our federal client on-site in Arlington, VA. Applicants should be able to provide great administrative and clerical support to leadership, as well as having a great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Essential Functions
- Providing administrative and clerical support for clients and staff as tasked
- Creating required documents, conducting research, proofreading, editing, copying and binding, maintaining department/client files, expense reporting
- Developing event staffing plans and after-action reports at the conclusion of an event
- Developing and creating materials and products for trade show booths to be used at events, conferences, recruitment fairs, etc.
- Providing logistical support for meetings, conferences, and special events including venue research, event analysis, preparing invitations and agendas, tracking RSVPs, preparing travel arrangements utilizing the Concur system, coordinating audiovisual equipment, meeting accessibility needs/services, etc.
- Assisting in developing materials for meetings, conferences, video conferences, webinars
- Creating materials for assemblies, briefing binders, speaker presentations, booth and exhibit materials, marketing collateral, outreach, and communication plans.
- Identifying potential guest speakers, assisting with speaker preparation, material development, accommodation assistance, etc.
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
