Savvee Inc. is seeking to hire a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and acquisition activities across the full program lifecycle. Candidates will be required to work onsite in Ashburn, VA. In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in aligning financial resources, technical planning, and program execution to ensure mission success. From developing spend plans and cost estimates to supporting project management reviews and acquisition strategies, you’ll be at the center of critical decision-making processes. Essential Functions
- Drafting, analyzing, integrating, reviewing, and providing status of funds reports
- Providing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support
- Analyzing obligations and expenditures, maintaining forecasts, preparing reports, justify and prioritizing requirements
- Providing invoice preparation
- Supporting the technical and management units in aligning programs to meet the investment a goals
- Collecting, analyzing, and organizing investment documentation
- Providing oversight, developmental, and technical acquisition and management leadership
- Coordinating, attending, and document meetings
- Assisting programs with planning and executing all phases of the acquisition lifecycle
- Assisting in developing spend plans, cost estimates, resource requirements, and work load analysis
- Assisting in providing risk identification, management and mitigation options
- Coordinating and tracking all activities related to the project execution
- Assisting in preparation for project management reviews
- Assisting in the development of SLAs, Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU), Inter-Agency Agreements (IAAs)
- Assisting with the collection, organization, analysis, and maintenance of the program artifacts
- Utilizing current Project Management tools for cost, schedule and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Assisting in the preparation of the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP)
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
