Job Overview
Seeking motivated and detail-oriented seasonal cabin cleaners to join a small team of professional, laid back and fun women (April/May - October/November.) The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and the ability to complete cabin cleans on their own between the hours of 11am and 3pm. This is a good gig for someone who has the ability to integrate cleans into their schedule/other job. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness for each one bed/one bath cabin you are assigned to and its incoming guests. Each cabin takes one hour to clean.
This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction with a happy demeanor. Position requires some weekend days, but can be flexibly completed during hours of 11am-3pm. Number of cabin cleans varies per day/week and increases during the warmer summer months.
Cabins are located at a quiet, peaceful, beautiful property on a lake that is fun to work at and is like taking a mini staycation.
This is a 1099 contractor position.
Duties
- Perform meticulous cleaning of all assigned cabin areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of surfaces, corner to corner.
- Complete a thorough outdoor kitchen/grill cleaning.
- Manage cleaning duties efficiently, ensuring all areas of cabin are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including organizing and re-stocking cabin with appropriate items.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
- Come dressed appropriately and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Skills
- Ability to follow directions and cleaning protocols.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is desirable, but not mandatory.
