When working as the Customer Service Support on the sales team, you will assist customers through the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building meaningful relationships. The Customer Service Support will support the sales team and provide a positive customer experience while driving the success of our company!
What you will do as the Customer Service Support:
- Support current and new customers through the sales process, delivering accurate information on the products and services we offer while providing excellent customer service
- Record daily sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor sales performance and track customer retention
- Professionally respond to customer complaints, concerns, or questions, offering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet daily with the sales team and other Customer Service Support team members to improve customer service and drive sales performance
- Support other Customer Service Support team members in boosting sales and improving customer service, working towards a leadership role
What we look for in the Customer Service Support:
- Previous experience in Customer Service Support, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with a goal-oriented minded
- Effective leadership skills to train and mentor other Customer Service Support team members
