We’re seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Entry-Level Community Engagement Specialist to join our outreach team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving community-based initiatives that generate excitement, build awareness, close sales and expand access to essential technology services across the Fresno area. Our Entry-Level Community Engagement Specialist's efforts directly contribute to connecting community members with services that enhance their quality of life.
Key Entry-Level Community Engagement Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the outreach and sales teams to design and execute community-based initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and access to technology services.
- Develop relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and potential clients to promote our services.
- Support enrollment efforts by organizing events and campaigns that drive customer interest, increase sales, and participation.
- Respond to inquiries about products and services, providing clear and accurate information.
- Track and report on campaign outcomes, enrollment progress, sales, and customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, outreach strategies, and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and collaborate with others.
