As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering our brand promise to the world. You are the marketing unicorn who’s part digital ninja, part creative wizard, and 100% passionate about transforming tired B2B narratives into mind-blowing brand experiences. In close collaboration with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager and SVP of Marketing, you will develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen our market presence, differentiate our products, and support overall business growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

The Brand Marketing Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for :

  • Multichannel brand campaign creation
  • Comprehensive PR management
  • Social media strategy development
  • Industry partnership and expert relationship building
  • Content and marketing collateral development that disrupts traditional B2B marketing norms
  • Consistent, high-impact messaging that tells our brand story across all platforms

Strategic Communications

  • Design and execute integrated PR and communications strategies
  • Develop bold, distinctive brand narratives that cut through market noise
  • Manage media relations and press interactions
  • Pitch editorial content to drive thought leadership through earned media placement
  • Digital and Traditional Marketing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team and external resources to create and optimize campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and event-based marketing
  • Develop innovative social media strategies that drive engagement
  • Produce standout content that differentiates from competitor messaging
  • Event, Partnership, and Media Investment Strategy

  • Strategically select industry conferences and events, assessing conference relevance to target market and aligning event participation with brand positioning and business objectives
  • Evaluate and secure sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive media mix and advertising plan using a data-driven approach to media investment
  • Track and measure brand awareness and engagement metrics, optimizing media spend for maximum ROI
  • Relationship Management

  • Build strategic relationships with industry experts, partners, and influencers
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce breakthrough marketing assets
  • Network and position the brand as a thought leader in the B2B SaaS space
  • What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years driving B2B brand strategy, preferably in SaaS
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans and execute plans with urgency
  • Proven track record of developing and executing memorable, disruptive cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful PR campaigns in tech / SaaS with documented media placements in industry publications; Strong media relations network in B2B technology sector preferred
  • Highly adaptable communicator with a creative, strategic mindset; Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail and copy proofing
  • Deep understanding of B2B technology event landscapes
  • Advanced media planning expertise
  • Brand performance measurement and optimization skills
  • Ability to work independently; Takes initiative to get things done; Enjoys having direct accountability for results
  • Learns quickly when facing new problems, enjoys challenges and finding solutions, seizes opportunity

  • Salary Range for this position is $95,000-$115,000
  • US Citizens and Green Card holders are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time. This position can be 100% remote, but employees must be located in : California, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Washington state.
