Company Overview : Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed MedSpa business, founded by a renowned name in the industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CEO to lead the organization through its next phase of expansion.
Position Summary : The CEO will be responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the organization. This individual will work closely with the Founder, Board of Directors, and General Managers to drive growth while maintaining a highly personalized and results-driven touch for customers. A key priority for the CEO will be executing an aggressive de novo expansion strategy, scaling new locations efficiently, and establishing the company as a dominant player in the high-end MedSpa industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Growth Leadership : Architect and execute a bold expansion strategy, driving new market penetration, strategic acquisitions, and organic growth to cement industry leadership.
- De Novo Expansion : Spearhead high-impact store openings, overseeing site selection, design, staffing, and operational ramp-up to ensure efficient and scalable growth.
- Financial & Investor Strategy : Optimize financial performance, maximize EBITDA growth, and drive strategic capital allocation in collaboration with private equity partners.
- Operational Execution : Establish best-in-class systems to streamline operations, enhance patient experiences, and ensure seamless multi-location management.
- Brand & Marketing Strategy : Oversee brand positioning, digital growth, and customer acquisition to drive loyalty, engagement, and sustained revenue growth.
