We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the client-facing side of our web applications, ensuring they are functional, visually appealing, and optimized for an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, improve, and optimize multiple websites for performance and usability.
- Enhance website structure and foundation with a focus on user experience and responsive design.
- Utilize a fluid grid system and flexible visuals to deliver standout responsive web designs.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to build cohesive, logical websites.
- Gather user feedback and implement solutions to improve functionality and engagement.
- Assist back-end developers with front-end integration and troubleshoot coding issues.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices to incorporate into projects.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Aventura, FL, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Occasional additional hours may be required based on project needs.
