We are Atlanta-based; however, we welcome remote applicants on the East Coast.

About the Role - We're looking for a General Counsel at an exciting time – we've successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have 10x'd in scale over the last 12 months.

Responsibilities -

• Providing strategic legal advice to executive leadership, focusing on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Leading the development of legal policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance with international healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
• Driving the legal and administrative processes regarding equity and debt capital raises.
• Working closely with the CEO and CFO on capital raises, including attending investor meetings.
• Managing relationships with external legal counsel and overseeing complex litigation, contracts, and IP protections.
• Assisting in M&A activities, due diligence, and integration efforts to drive growth and expand our offerings.
• Building and managing an in-house legal team to support our expanding business needs.
