We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of AI API Integration to spearhead API integrations and technical collaborations with hyperscalers, enterprise clients, and vertical-specific partners.
Role Overview
As the Head of AI API Integration, you will play a critical role in driving Neurologyca’s growth by leading technical integration projects. You will be the primary technical point of contact for US-based clients, collaborating with engineering and product teams at hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), large enterprise clients, and specialized partners in key verticals such as gaming, operating systems, ad-tech, health & wellness, and public safety. You will work closely with Neurologyca’s CTO and technical team (based in Spain) and report to the Chief Strategy Officer (based in San Francisco). Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for seamless collaboration across global teams and client bases.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Integration & Implementation : Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Neurologyca’s Emotion API integrations with US-based clients, ensuring seamless compatibility across diverse environments, including cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), on-premises, and on-device deployments. This includes hands-on technical work as needed.
- Client Relationship Management & Technical Guidance : Cultivate and manage technical relationships with engineering and product teams at hyperscalers and enterprise clients. This involves understanding their specific needs, translating them into technical requirements, customizing integrations, providing expert technical guidance, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Solution Development & Vertical Expertise : Develop and refine tailored integration solutions for clients within Neurologyca’s key verticals, including gaming, ad-tech, health & wellness, operating systems, and public safety. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique technical challenges and opportunities within each vertical.
- Performance Optimization & Scalability : Ensure all API integrations are optimized for performance, low latency, and robust security, accommodating both real-time and post-processing use cases. Implement strategies for scaling integrations to meet the growing demands of clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely and effectively with Neurologyca’s technical and business teams (both in the US and Spain) to align technical strategies with overall business objectives and evolving market needs. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Create and maintain comprehensive integration guides, technical documentation, API specifications, and best practices to empower developers, hyperscalers, and vertical-specific partners to successfully integrate with Neurologyca’s platform. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training.
- Innovation & Product Enhancement : Proactively identify opportunities to expand and enhance API capabilities based on emerging industry trends, direct client feedback, and specific vertical use cases. Contribute to the product roadmap and drive innovation in emotional AI integrations.
Technical Expertise & Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
