President / Executive Vice President - RemoteZero Gravity Marketing is looking to add a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing and enhancing operations across all production departments—SEO, Paid Media, Design, Development, Organic Social, and Strategy. This role emphasizes agency-wide cohesion, operational consistency, and alignment with ZGM’s core goals of growth, profitability, and client retention. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, this role will provide critical oversight and support, helping production teams to stay aligned, proactive, and highly efficient. They will ensure that recommendations balance operational improvements with agency budget goals, all while driving a high standard of service delivery and upholding ZGM’s core values.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Cross-Departmental Coordination :
Provide oversight across all production departments, addressing operational challenges efficiently and serving as a central point of coordination to streamline workflows and drive cross-departmental alignment.Operational Standardization and Consistency :
Establish consistent performance metrics, team meeting structures, and SOPs, reinforcing accountability and ensuring reliable service delivery across departments.Client Experience and Service Delivery :
Ensure the highest standards of client experience and service delivery, maintaining a client-centric approach. Work closely with department heads to understand and meet client needs, expectations, and feedback.Problem Resolution and Proactive Support :
Serve as a trusted resource for production leaders, offering guidance and solutions that keep teams focused, minimize disruptions, and support proactive problem-solving that aligns with agency goals.Agency Budget and Resource Stewardship :
Maintain a sharp focus on operational decisions that support both the agency’s service standards and financial objectives, balancing high-quality deliverables with cost-conscious resource management.Activate and Execute EOS Outcomes :
Lead the implementation of EOS principles through D10 meetings within production teams, and act as a bridge between production and senior leadership in L10 meetings, ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively communicated and executed.Team Advocacy and Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Act as a liaison between production teams and senior leadership, advocating for team needs, fostering a collaborative environment, and facilitating initiatives that promote shared goals across departments.Continuous Improvement and Innovation :
Actively seek opportunities to refine and improve processes, keeping the agency competitive and its service offerings at the forefront of industry standards.Implementing Strategic Direction :
Work closely with the CEO, COO, and senior leadership, executing strategic direction and ensuring that production aligns with agency priorities and operational goals.Team Development and Succession Planning :
