This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with experience in food service and retail, who thrives on building strong customer relationships and driving strategic sales initiatives, as well as a passion for driving growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence.This region covers Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado, Arizona, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming so the successful candidate will be based in one of these states.About the Role : As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and executing growth strategies. While you’ll have oversight of regional sales managers and broker relationships, your primary focus will be on expanding the customer base and increasing sales performance.What You’ll Do : Lead and grow sales across multiple customer segments, including wholesale food & beverage and retail.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and brokers.Identify and convert new business opportunities in foodservice and retail channels.Drive strategic initiatives to increase market share and brand presence.Provide guidance and support to regional sales managers to ensure alignment with company goals.Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.What We’re Looking For : 8-12 years of experience in wholesale food & beverage, retail, or branded CPG sales.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience working with brokers and distributor networks to drive sales growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop actionable sales strategies.Ability to travel 60-75% of the time.A results-driven, competitive, and highly motivated sales professional.If you’re looking for a high-impact sales leadership role with room to grow, let’s connect!Diversity Commitment At HR Soul, we embrace a rich tapestry of backgrounds and experiences within our workplace.
