We've built a podcast platform sharing stories from women across male-dominated industries, including the intelligence community, military, and sustainability. We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Maven to scale our content across global audiences and foster an engaged, thriving community. This is a paid independent contractor position, with specific compensation and job duties to be determined at the mutual agreement of you and Iron Butterfly Media.
Responsibilities include :
- Manage and streamline social media operations & infrastructure across Iron Butterfly Media’s family of podcasts and platforms, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence.
- Track, schedule, and communicate deadlines for all content, including podcast reels, promotional materials, and other media, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.
- Generate reels, captions, tags, and quotes for each podcast episode, capturing and promoting key moments designed to resonate with both new and existing audiences.
- Monitor analytics and track performance metrics to derive actionable insights, optimizing engagement and reach across all channels.
- Foster meaningful connections with our audience by responding to inquiries, engaging in discussions, and cultivating a positive, vibrant community environment.
- Collaborate closely with the team to continuously refine and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing overall engagement and expanding our reach.
