As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be the architect of our recruiting strategy, partnering directly with our leadership team to build the foundation of our company.

Our goal at P-1 AI is to develop an artificial general engineering (super)intelligence that can help the human species design physical systems more efficiently and at unprecedented levels of complexity. Going beyond existing foundation models, our autonomous AI agent learns from synthetic training data and real-world feedback and reasons over an internal multi-physics representation of a product design that encompasses both geometry and function.

About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll architect our recruiting strategy while managing the full recruitment cycle for our Engineering and AI teams. You'll source top technical talent from AI labs, partner directly with leadership to build the foundation of our company, and explore niche fields such as 3D simulation modeling. This role offers significant growth potential into our Head of People as our organization scales.
Location
This is a remote role but San Francisco-based hires would be welcome to commute into the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a candidate experience that showcases our technical depth and techno-optimist culture.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve our hiring success.
- Leverage creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top researchers and engineers from the world’s leading AI labs, while also spotting exceptional talent with untapped potential.
- Develop highly personalized, compelling campaigns that cut through the noise in crowded inboxes.
- Partner with technical leadership to translate complex technical requirements into effective hiring strategies.
- Establish efficient, adaptable processes that scale with our growth while maintaining the personal touch that wins over top candidates.
