As a Cleaning Team Leader at Savvy Manors Cleaning, you will oversee and train and assist a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our clients. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of cleanliness while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Train new team members on best practices for residential and commercial cleaning.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize eco-friendly products and practices in all cleaning operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and tasks effectively.
- Ability to train and motivate team members for optimal performance.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management principles is a plus.
