Residential Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hotel settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including carpets, floors, and surfaces.
• Execute residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry.
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties in office spaces, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Manage housekeeping responsibilities in hotel settings, ensuring guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or residential/commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals used in various settings.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.09 - $18.00 per hour
