Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 9 hours per day, including a one-hour lunch break
- Operating hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm\
Work-Life Balance:

Minimum Qualifications (Applicants must meet the following requirements):
- Education: Graduated from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university, or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate state agency and accredited by the Commission on Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA) or another acceptable accreditation body.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant LPN/LVN experience after graduation.
- License: Active unrestricted LPN/LVN license from any state.
- Life Support Certifications: Possess a current AHA or ARC BLS certification.
- Security: Must have the ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
Core Duties:
- Initiate, perform, and complete assigned duties in patient care for diverse patient populations.
- Administer patient care based on individual patient conditions, using judgment to prioritize and sequence procedures and treatments, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Observe, identify, and address patient needs, including medication administration, assisted care, and patient/family education.
- Administer prescribed medications (oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous) and perform treatments according to established protocols.
- Recognize and respond to urgent or emergent patient situations, seeking guidance from RN or MD/DO, and initiating necessary emergency interventions as directed.
- Support complex diagnostic tests and specialized procedures, which includes patient preparation, assisting in examinations, instrument handling, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Orient peers and auxiliary staff to unit policies, procedures, skills, and standards of practice.
- Promote a healthy work environment that enhances patient healthcare delivery, patient/family education, and employee satisfaction.
