We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth through strategic, high-quality content.
Job Summary
As the Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will own the creation, execution, and management of Savvy Sliders’ social media presence across platforms. You’ll develop engaging content strategies, produce eye-catching visuals and videos, analyze performance metrics, and interact with our online community to strengthen the Savvy Sliders brand. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, on-the-ground content production, and a focus of boosting store sales.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Execution
- Visit Savvy Sliders locations weekly to capture high-quality photo and video content that aligns with brand goals.
- Plan and create monthly content schedules for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and X.
- Deliver 1-2 reels and 2 posts per week on Instagram/Facebook, with daily stories to maintain engagement.
- Develop platform-specific content, including:
- Reels/TikToks: Trend-driven videos highlighting products, BTS moments, and brand personality.
- YouTube Shorts: Short-form videos to increase search visibility and brand awareness.
- LinkedIn Posts: Highlight team engagement, franchise success, and business growth.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Manage 2-3 brand accounts, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to align content strategies with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Implement engagement strategies to grow followers and increase post reach and interaction.
- Monitor trends and competitors to keep the brand fresh, fun, and ahead of the curve.
Community Management
- Actively monitor, engage, and respond to messages, comments, and mentions to build brand loyalty.
- Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and manage influencer partnerships to increase organic reach.
- Serve as the brand’s voice, maintaining a mix of playful and professional tone that resonates with audiences.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track content performance through analytics tools to measure key metrics: engagement, reach, and growth.
- Create monthly reports outlining performance highlights and areas for improvement.
- Adjust content strategies based on insights to optimize performance and engagement.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage influencer outreach and collaborations, including content coordination and partnerships.
- Collaborate with store owners to promote store-specific events and promotions.
- Assist with graphic design needs using Adobe Suite or Canva.
- Support paid social campaigns and ensure creative assets align with advertising goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in food or retail industries.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
- Strong organizational skills with experience creating detailed content calendars and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Creative mindset with a passion for trends, storytelling, and building brand communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
