Job Title: Event Assistant

Location: San Antonio, TX

Reports to: Event Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Event Assistant to support our team in planning, coordinating, and executing events. The Event Assistant will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly, working closely with the event management team to handle logistics, vendor coordination, guest services, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all event details are organized and met.
• Help set up event spaces, including decorations, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle event registration and check-in processes for attendees.
• Maintain inventory of event materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with managing schedules and ensuring events adhere to timelines.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and event staff.
• Help with event marketing, including social media updates and promotional materials.
• Assist with post-event tasks such as feedback collection and event evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.64 - $24.85 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift

Experience:

• Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• San Antonio, TX 78204 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• San Antonio, TX 78204: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
