What are we looking for in our Marketing Manager?Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Marketing Manager for one of our top tech clients!Location : Remote within USPay : $45-50.67 / hourSchedule : 8am - 5 : 00pm, Monday - FridayContract Duration : February - August 2025Overview : As a Community Channel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing specific marketing channels and campaigns. This includes end-to-end campaign planning and execution, triaging campaign requests, channel reporting, and driving product adoption or awareness among key audience cohorts.Responsibilities : Work with various internal tools to distribute messages to different audiencesManage campaign flighting, triaging, and reviews for marketing campaignsRigorous QA of all campaigns before scheduling and sendingCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet expectationsReport and share-out campaign insightsDocument and share tooling suggestions and improvements to create roadmapCopywriting, copyediting, and co-authorship with cross-functional partnersSkills : Expertise / exposure to multi-channel marketing (in-product messages, push notifications, & more)Growth mindset (i.e., focuses on scalable growth, data-obsessed)Storytelling / Content strategy and sophistication in executionFast learner, with strong attention to detailExcellent writing, communication, and editing skillsLeverage data insights and analysis to enhance our campaign and audience strategyFamiliarity with social media culture, user trends, and behaviorsProfessional experience in campaign management within : Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing organizationsExecution-bias, & do what it takes mentalityRussell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
