Pay Rate

The annual base salary range for this position 84,270 - 100,795. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About The Role

Provide a qualified workforce to offer land domain modeling and simulation development and scenario development to support the organic battle lab live, synthetic environment (LSE) capability for the 805 CTS.

• Tasks include developing models and simulations that effectively capture system and system of systems effects in complex operational environments.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks assessing system survivability, system effectiveness, and overall system performance in campaign / engagement / mission-level scenarios.
• Generate analytical modeling solutions to identify technology gaps, create technology roadmaps, develop requirements, and specify the operational benefits of current and future concepts based on customer approved scenarios.
• Developing modeling solutions for each phase of the find, fix, target, track, engage, and assess chain using sensor, effects, and communications technologies.
• Provide engagement, mission, and campaign-level modeling support and analysis using modern modeling & simulation software such as One SAF, NGTS, MACE-EW, or other software as required by the battle lab.

Experience Requirements

• Must have 4 years military experience in land maneuver warfare and/or threats to land maneuvers/systems.
• Must have broad understanding of adversary and DoD/coalition land maneuver operations, tactics, and capabilities.
• Should have experience of how to develop scenarios utilizing modeling & simulation software.
  
  

Education Requirements

Associate's degree required

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
  
  

Other Required Skills & Abilities

• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Secret Clearance

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Must be eligible to upgrade to a Top Secret/SCI Clearance

US Citizenship Requirements

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
